Our Products
We are not a manufacturer of test equipment. Our paramount goal is to be
able to provide non-biased advice, education and consulting to the test
engineering community, and being a test equipment manufacturer would interfere
with that.
A.T.E. Solutions,
Inc., however, has developed several products over the years that meet the above
limitations, but provide a great value to the test community. These
products include:
Additionally, we have other products that are either in development or are not
now being marketed.
- XLATETM - A cross translator between two different ATEs.
- WSTA - A US Navy-developed testability and diagnostic system acquired
under a CRADA (Commercialization) program. The software is not sold,
but is delivered with certain courses
we offer on-site.
- SCOPE - A goal oriented semi-automatic test pattern generation scheme
demonstrated by A.T.E. Solutions, Inc. under a US Army contract dealing with
"Cost-Effective Test Pattern Generation."
We have even gone outside the test community when we developed a retail store
Entry/Exit
sensor and counter system.
